COVID/Cancellation Policy
UPDATED January 10, 2022
This conference is all about exploring how adaptation can drive success. The same is true for our Covid-19 requirements. We are focused on the health and safety of all attendees, and it is essential that we adhere to protocol set in place by our federal and state funders.
To bring you a vibrant event with an in-person option (we’ve missed seeing you!), we are requiring that all people participating at the Wicomico Civic Center:
- Be symptom-free.
- Maintain safe distancing, which will be part of our conference design.
- Wear, according to CDC guidance, an FDA-designated mask. Masks will be provided free for those who need them.
We will work with our team and the facility staff to clean and sanitize spaces as needed.
Cancellations:
- The event will be held in person with a synchronous virtual option as long as the venue is open. The in-person ticket includes an option to attend virtually. Therefore, we will not exchange in-person for virtual tickets, unless the venue is unable to open to the public. No full ticket refunds will be given.
- Speakers may attend virtually.
We appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our conference participants!
